Have you looked at all of the DJIA index members to see if one of them had a
similar anomaly at the same time? I have noticed this one the NDX and on
atleast 2 occasions it occurred at the same time as a similar anomaly in an
NDX member like DELL or CSCO.

I have BMI satellite and I see the same. Attached is a GIF from Quote.com
which uses another data vendor. Quote.com filters the spikes but you can
still see the 13:00 glitch because it lasted for a minute or so. The GIF is
6.95 Kb so I dont know if it will get to the Omega-list.
