3rd Party Directoty Symbol List

Hello Listers!

The Problem: I need to build the <Subj> by the programm (not manually)
using any criteria (from many thousands of the stock tickers).
I know where are placed the Global Server Symbol Lists and its format is
known.

Where "live" the <Subj> (in the some DataBase or as separate files)?

Is it possible without of the importing the 3rd Party Data into the
GlobalServer
