trouble installing sp5

Hello,

I'm having trouble installing sp5 on my Win2K machine. I have a copy of sp3
with a permanent password, and sp4 installed just fine. When I try to start
the sp5 installer, though, I repeatedly get this message: "The decompression
of %S failed. There may not be enough free disk space available in the TEMP
directory."

I've been able to install sp5 on a Win98SE machine -- even though I got this
same message once, it eventually started and installed just fine. For the
Win2K machine, I've downloaded the file several times to insure it isn't
corrupted...I've deleted all files in any TEMP directory I could find...I've
done a clean reinstall of Win2K...and I've tried installing it over a
network from my Win98SE machine...all to no avail. I've also tried to
create a Transport package in Norton Cleansweep to move over to the Win2K
machine, but this tactic runs afoul of Omega's security measures.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any tips or clues?

thanks in advance and happy trading!

Nick
