Need help on DTN/TS2000i

It's been months running DTN and TS2000i using
TurboExpress920 card without a problem.  Now I added a
second drive and loaded up Win2000 onto the new drive.
 In GlobalServer, I am now getting "not connected"
under RealTime Status and "Initialized" under
Performance on both platforms (Win98 and Win2000). 
The baud rate (TurboExpress920) matches the DTN baud
rate. DTN box is getting data packets with low error. 
What am I missing?  Coud someone help?
(I've been spending hours with DTN and Omega.)
