WHERE IS THAT DATA??????

I need some help with this TS2000!
 
ES Z0 & ES H1 Bid & Ask comes through, BUT Bid or Ask Size does not! 
On TS4 ES0Z & 1H they do.  On QQQ and other stocks all come through OK.
 
Mutual Funds when placed with Symbol Dictionary use Exchange MF.  In TS4 they used Exchange Undefined.  Neither works with TS2000 ??!  Nothing comes through either way!
How do you start Manual Daily Data Collection?
