One thing I hate most in trading related data and
tools
is the b.s. of one stop shop.
Whenever a firm offer everything, then nothing works,
or, at a mild tone, everything are offered with
inferior quality.
Look at the one stop shop today that offer ifeed,
chart, and order entry. Those ifeed breakdown more
often than a regular ifeed, not even talking about
comparing to satellite feed.
charts are useless as the necessary tools are all not
there.
order entry form are like those programmers have
never traded and were forced to complete the program
in 1 week.
I wonder if omega can do anything better than the
other data/software/brokerage combined vendors.
I can think of only one reason why omega is doing
this - their upper management are so out of touch
with the real world that they no longer knows what
to do with their company and products.
