First thing...make sure you have at least power user rights (administrative
rights will make your life with Office2k a lot easier!)..Office2k and Win2k
don't play together very well unless you have rights to write to certain
keys in the registry. Second update Office (if you haven't already) to Sr1a
and apply the outlook security patch(only if you use outlook of course)
There is a Service Pack 2 out now but it is so new that stability hasn't
been proven yet. You can try using Task Manager to kill the winword.exe
process instead of canceling your Ctrl-Alt-Delete sequence. Alternatively
if you feel comfortable using the command line, with certain resource kit
utilities installed, you can kill almost any process using kill.exe.

I'm not sure about TS4 instability only the interaction with Office2k and
Win2K so if anybody else has any ideas I'm open. You should be aware that I
no longer trade, I pay people now to manage my money. I "lurk" on this list
only to help people with NT/2000 questions (or anything else I can help out
with)

Feel free to email any Q's
