TS 4 build 27 NewsMonitor

Many many moons ago (like build 8 or 12) I stopped using the NewsMonitor in
TS4.0 because it was very flaky = caused lock ups, etc., etc.  Is anyone
using it now with BMI cable? How's it working under build 27?
