To some degree it doesn't matter, it either works or it doesn't. The speed of
memory transfers is determined by the motherboard setting. If it's set at
100mhz then pc100 should work fine. PC133 won't go any faster. It may be
possible to get a tiny improvement if you fiddle with timing and latency that
pc133 memory works with, but pc100 doesn't. If the motherboard is set to
133mhz, some pc100 memory may still work anyway, and pc133 should always
work. Buy memory to match your motherboard. It's like the speed rating on the
tires on your car. Better tires won't make it go faster, it's the engine that
makes it go.
