If this problem occurs when you switch workspaces then I have
seen the same thing. When this happens to me I immediately go to
another workspace then switch back to the one I want. This cures
the problem.
I think this issue is related to the event manager in TS losing
the
redraw signal because it is too busy when the event occurs. The
only basis I have for this is that it never happens when the
markets are closed.
This same solution will work if you are using multiple monitors
and the charts do not resize themselves the first time you open a
workspace.
