Go to the top of the little window and grab the thin vertical bar bar and
slide it to the right, the Input names should appear.
This is a bug that have been reported by me to Omega many times. The
"columns" of this windows resize for unknown reason and/or do not retain its
grid size in memory ... could you imagine if a spreadsheet will do that to
you ???
