What language is TA written in?

Let's assume that almost all TA products are written using VC/C++, simply 
because it's so widely used for everything.

Does anyone know which tools are the exceptions?  Which ones are written in 
Delphi or VB?

I believe that Ensign was written in Delphi.   Does anyone know of any 
other exceptions?
