When my data goes out and I need to download refresh data, I download it 
from www.jayanderson.org  This site is maintained by an individual trader, 
but the data is clean and free.  The only catch is that it is not updated 
until after midnight CST.  Also, they only seem to keep about the last two 
months of data on the server.  Hope this helps.
