The problem of no bar charts being made is not quite the same problem Jerry
just reported. I can even get quotes through a quote window in Omega. My
time stamps are all in sync but I suspect thereis some kind of a date stamp
issue, which I see no way to verify. No tick bars or time bars are being
created.
