That she doesn't have a clue might be true. But does that matter.
People fail to realize that perception plays just as important a role as
reality. In many cases it shapes the outcome of reality. If people
perceive her in the same status as the oracle of Delphi then by the time
they realize the latter she will be retiring and might by then have
gained knowledge from a hands on experience.
Politics is indeed a feedback closed circuit
