Dear Mr. Kaplun,

Thank you for your email. I am sorry about your dilmma. DBC has
agreements with the stations, CSPAN1, and AMC (as you are aware, TBS
has been discontinued), however, we do not have agreements with the
local cable companies.

The only alternative I can recommend is this:
If you are unable to receive the scrambled stations, the alternative
would be eSignal, the Internet product. There would be no channels,
or receiver boxes. Only your computer with a reliable Internet
Service Provider. For information, please check this site:

Subject: DATA DISASTER

Hi

CableVision of New York that covers

1. Bronx, NY,
2. Brooklyn, NY
3. Staten Island, NY and
4. Queens, NY (partially)

was transmitting BMI data for TradeStation trough Turner Broadcasting
TV station. Since October 1st, 2000, Turner Broadcasting Co
officially stopped to transmit data over TV cable. Other stations
like AMC, C-Span and CNBC that are transmitting the data trough TV
cable do not get trough CableVision because it scrambles the signal.

This morning I spoke with head engineer of CableVision of New York and
he says that he will try to discuss "cable data issue" with its upper
management.

So far all traders that are using cable data feed for TS_4.0 have been
cut off.
PLEASE, HELP US TO HAVE DATA!
