Global Memory Manager Error

I am testing two internet data providers, eSignal and Quote.com. I have
eSignal running on TS2000i and Quote.com on TS 4 with dynastore. The good
news is that both are faster than BMI cable and a lot cheaper. They both
seem to be tracking each other tick for tick on the emini using the eyeball
test. Total tick volumes are close but this data is not comparable as I
have to reboot these machines at least once a trading day.

I am getting Global memory manager error messages that Omega Support can't
seem to provide an answer. I have taken my symbol collection down to 22
symbols focusing on emini and indices and reduced charts to 25.

TS 4 now crashes when I'm applying a template or changing an indicator.
"Out of memory" pops up followed by "Global Alloc 30 server symbol error".
It then can't find the security block...end if session.

This all happens on a NT workstation with 130meg of free RAM(of total
256meg) which ran for months at a time under the old BMI cable
configuration.

Meanwhile the TS2000i/eSignal setup decides to crash at the same time each
day with a "FreeallocD" error. I learned to not attempt a normal shutdown
as TS can not recognize the file format of the charts it writes back to
disk, good job Omega.

My TS2000i workstation has 70 meg free (of total 192meg) when it decides it
is out of memory.

After six emails and 1 1/2 hours on the phone Omega suggests not openning
other programs when TS is open. That other program is my order ticket
software.

Has anyone wrestled with this Global Memory Manager? Any and all
suggestions greatly appreciated!
Thanks, Bob
