TS 4.0 EL "Sell at" question

I want to write an EL statement such that I can sell at a specific 
price.

For example on a bar, the high and open are 100 and the low and 
close are 90.  How can I say I want to sell at 93?

Then, can I use the same statement when the low and open are 90 
and the high and close are 100?

I need to sell during that bar at that specific price.

Any suggestions?
