The psychology of trading seems to be a never-ending train or thoughts.
Cutting through all the "psycho-babble" is another thing.

The below book is deceivingly short - it will only take about an hour or two
to read.  The wealth of information though, presented in an
easy-to-understand style, is considerable.

This may be a valuable and good "read" for all.
