Exchanges for indices in global server ??

Dear friends,

Sorry for stupid question.
In global server (DBC Signal) what exchange should I set 
for following indices:

$TICK, $TICKI, $PREM, $ADV, $ADVQ, $TRIN, $TRAN, $NDX, $INDU, $SPX, etc

If i leave it to UNDEF I get multi-symbol charts screwed,
if I set to CBOE or anything they intraday data is not updated
when I import OMZ files from omega's ftp.
