I sent the following to Omega. Has anyone else had this problem?
> I have two computers with TS2K sp5 on each. I am using 1 tick volume and 1 minute charts in the same workspace on each computer. The number of days each type chart displays must stay the same for my indicators (which use a DLL) to work. That is, they must be plotting the same number of days. But on one of the computers the minute chart is not updating days the same as the tick chart.

> On both computers, I opened the two type charts on Aug. 20 (Sunday) with settings for 2 days back, which plots both charts to Aug. 17 and 18 (Tuesday and Friday). TS 2K is left open 24 hours a day (the computers are not shut down or rebooted). On Aug. 21 and 22, (Monday and Tuesday) I collect RT data. On Aug. 23 the charts on one of the computers are out of synchronization as the minute chart goes back only to Aug. 18, while the tick chart goes back to Aug. 17! This throws off the DLL and the indicators fail.

> Tech support tells me that with a format setting for 2 days back, when a new day starts the last day should drop off and there will still be only 2 days back. That is not happening for me. The days which are first plotted are staying on the chart so that after five days of collecting RT data there are 7 days on the chart.

> Also, on Aug. 23, I get the "Invalid Date" message while trying to format any open charts or plotting a new chart. This did not happen with sp4c.

> Can this be fixed in sp6? Or better yet, do as other software venders do, put these critical fixes on your web site to be downloaded.
