The first paper, which deals more directly with fuzzy trend analysis (power 
plant application - but math is math) is available for purchase in PDF 
format. I did this last week but the download has Adobe Acrobat errors in 
it. I reported this to the folks responsible and they said it would be 
fixed but didn't give a timetable.
