Randall,
If you feel you get good service from pmb you should express it. All I
can say is every time I have a problem I call and they verify it. Were
you trading about 1 1/2 mos ago when there system was down for 3
STRAIGHT DAYS? thur, fri, and mon. Are you using the direct entry
(Timberhill interface) or general?
