Volume Adjusted MA

Sorry for the re-post/cross-post, but results from the last post were
not entirely satisfactory.

 If anyone has, or knows where I can find, the Arms 'Volume Adjusted
Moving Average' (VAMA) in .ela format, please let me know. A description
