First report as stolen the credit card that Omega is charging, that stops
the charges. File a complaint with the card issuer to reverse the charges.
Pack up the program and return it even if they won't give a RMA number.
Then file a small claims action against Omega for refund, contact the state
attorney general/consumer protection division and file a formal complaint.
Check your homeowner/umbrella policy to see if they will defend if Omega
brings an action. If you lay a solid foundation, chances are Omega will
roll over eventually. good luck
