Portfolio Maximizer & TS 4.0

Is anyone successfully using Portfolio Maximizer (the old Rina Systems 
program that was "omega-ized" a few years ago)?  I am unable to get it to 
run properly with TS 4.0 build 27.  The problem may be Y2K related, since 
it malfunctions only when fed data past 1-1-2000.  I am using build 5 of 
PM, obtained from Omega in recent months.

I find no mention of PM on the omega web site.
