Well, I have the same/related question: how do you patch the registry (I
know, I know) to enable the program to run on one drive, and the GS to
collect data and run on another? I try to parse applications from their
data, so I need only back up the data drive (via Ghost or Image). Omega
does not respond favorably to inquiries along these lines.
Has anyone been able to parse, even via partition magic?

I believe you will need to reinstall it to this other drive in order for it
to work. All the registry info is all on the second drive from the original
install so your new boot drive will know nothing about running the program.
Reinstalling the program , even though you are reinstalling to the same
drive will add the registry info onto your boot hardrive where windows
exits. I don't any other way around this.
