RT Data in Europe

some years ago, it was possible to receive signal data via cable-TV CNBC
broadcast. Looking at DBC site now, it unfortunately appear they do not
provide this possibility anymore. Only Internet eSignal is available, which
is an expensive solution if you have to pay continuous phone line
connection.

Does anybody knows if another real time data provider uses cable TV signal
in Europe or elsewhere to provide US and European markets data ?? Reuters
used to have such solution 2 years ago (Reuters 1000 through CNN signal) but
this eficient solution also disappeared in favour of the monopolistic
Internet solution !!!
