The URL is still not quite right...

But I took a stab and used a FTP software with the following which works:-

Host name/address : ftp.javazon.com
User ID: fetchit
Password:fetchit

>From a web-browser the home/fetchit folder is not visible, but it the file
may be visible and dowloadable if you place it in the pub folder.

At the ftp://ftp.javazon.com/pub/  the "tm" folder is visible.
