If your speaking of non-real time, Global server has one built in. You can
import
Ascii directly into global server. If you are speaking Real-Time that is a
horse of a different color.

I'm looking for an converter for ascii code to globalserver converter. Or
can somebody tell me what kind of format they are using so I can program it
