I can only guess what you are trying to do, but I assume you are looking at
an S&P, or stock index chart with a start time of 9:30 EDT. So perhaps that
60 min. bar is closing at 10:30. You could change your start time in the
server to 9:00 and then that bar will close at 10:00, or you might try the
natural bars setting in charting which will also close those bars at 10:00,
11:00, etc.
