Fast averages, like Tillson's T3 (or even xaverage but that's
slower), are one way to judge it. If the stoch says it's time to go
long, but the T3 is still heading into the basement, you don't want
to buy. Wait for the T3 to turn up before you pile on. Then you're
essentially using the stoch as a filter for the average.
