Strange error message when start charting

Since the BMI data problem last week I have been getting this message when
I start up TS4.0 charting.

"Old: 06/16/2000 New: 06/16/2000  Old: 1:49PM New: 6:23AM"

I click ok and things proceed and seem to work normally but it is
disconcerting to have this message everytime.  The only thing I did to fix
the BMI data problem was delete about 7 bad ticks from the Globex hours. 
Could that be causing this message?
