I was there and can tell you a little bit.  Omega plans to change their 
business model.  They will derive most of their revenue from monthly or 
yearly payment plans.  TS will still be installed on local machines.  The 
charting and EasyLanguage will be done locally.  However, the data server 
will be provided by Omega via the internet.  In addition, Omega will make 
the other half of their revenues from brokerage commissions.  They will be 
targeting stock traders primarily but will eventually provide data for 
futures and options traders.  The cost will initially be in the range of 
$100/month for Direct Access, Level 2 real time data.  The features were 
very powerful.  The beta version has not been released yet.  Omega is 
spending a lot of money on Intel and Compaq developing data server farms.
