About TS Express issues?

I've subscribed to TS Express issues a while ago, and I've not received a
single issue for several months!.

I wrote to Bill Brower about 2 months ago : no answer
I retried today and my mail was returned.
That's why I'm writing to Omegalist now.

do you know what's happened?
Has he decided to stop publishing?
