At our site www.TraderWare.com you'll find a link for the support
email list. We have staff monitoring the list for specific help
questions, as well as conversion of easy language code into VB.
As far as the light version goes, it may be down from time to time
because we're working on our own tick data plant and TraderWare lite
is powered by that.
