Paul,

I've searched as well, and couldn't find the NASDAQ premium symbol. Your
only option seems to be to create a synthetic premium by subtracting NDX
from ND0M and changing your ela to accept that as the input instead of
Data2. That way you can use NQ rather than ND.

Try it.
