All files in the temp directory needs to be delete it. Follow the steps
below to insure that:
1. Start your windows explorer.
2. Click on View / Options.
3. In the View tab select Show all files.
4. Then click on OK.
5. Locate the TEMP directory.
6. Highlight all files in that directory and delete them.
7. Now re-attempt the installation.

Probably says "not enough space in temp directory"- solution is to delete
all files in the temp dir. Then re-install.
