another lost password

Over the past year I have seen people on this list who lost their password
to their indicators and requested and got a program that can remove the
password to their locked indicator.  It wasn't until last week when I ran
into the same problem.  If anyone would be kind enough as to help me with
this problem or email me the file it would be greatly appreciated.  Please
reply privately.
