Translation:  We havn't got the knowledge, ability, talent or drive to
manage a company in such complex and competitive environments as trading
software development so we have to find markets that we are actually capable
of exploiting.  Why else do you think we make such ditzy decisions to
include features and functions in TS2000i that require double-precision
flaoting-point and then base the whole program on single-precision?

We can all sleep so much better knowing there are guys like Ralph at the
helm of Omega!
