Things like this overbilling seems to be DBC's standard operating procedure.
I was with BMI before DBC purchased them and never had a problem for three
years. Once the purchase took place the troubles began, and continued for
almost another four years until I discontinued their service.
These were the reasons I went to BMI in the first place. I was with signal
and the same kind of overbillings, mistakes in billing, wrong passwords etc.
were a common occurence.
