A spike in CPU usage when you open TS is normal. It is creating the charts
and is running any studies that you have added.

As far as memory and limitations on charts, thats a tough one. First I would
NOT recommend running TS2000i on Win 98. I tried that and after pulling out
several pounds of hair I finally decided to creat a dual-boot machine with
Win NT 4.0 and Win 98 and only use my TS within Win NT. Its very stable and
I have never had a complete crash. Sometimes I have had to shut down TS and
restart it but never the entire machine. I currently have 256mb of RAM and
run 2 pages with about 12 charts and then 4 other pages with about 4 charts
on each and I have had very few problems. Good luck.

gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
