this system was published in larry williams' commodity timing newsletter,
august 1993.
the pre-conditions are:
an uptrend,
followed by sideways action from 5- 15 days,
then a breakout day to a new high for the close,
a peak at a new high
the entry signal is:
sell a drop at the low of the breakout day - 1 tick,
this drop must occur within 1-8 days of the new high peak.
the protective stop is:
at the new high peak + 1 tick.
the profit target is:
the low of the breakout day - 4 * the true range of the breakout day.
