emini setup in GS for use with DTN sat

The default settings in the GS don't seem to be working for the @ESM0 in the
Global Server.  In Radar Screen the symbols are highlighted as though they
were updating, but the price doesn't change.  Any suggestions?  The session
times appear correct.
