Received from tech support. Haven't tried it yet, but though of passing it
along for those of us who need it.
Please do the following to delete temporary files In Windows 95, 98 and NT
4.0:
1. Click the Start | Find | File or Folders menu sequence.
2. In the Named edit box type *.TMP and under Look in: select the local
hard drive(s).
3. Place a check in the Include Subfolders checkbox and click Find Now.
4. When the search is complete, highlight all of the files and hit
<Delete>.
5. Click Yes to the Confirm File Delete window. Some files can not be
deleted because they are in use, ignore those files. Repeat steps 2-5,
typing *.~MP and *._MP at the Named edit box.
