Just discovered that when trying to open a QuoteMonitor in ProSuite Platinum
that an OR Security Error Report window appears with a "No valid password"
error, however all the other types of windows open. Since when has the
Quote Monitor needed a separate password? The version is 5.00.0771 dated
1/13/2000.
