very simple & nothing to get excited about:

FIRST: DBC´s FOREX data was NEVER any good - I have been their FIRST 
customer and only beta tester for TS and DBC_FOREX in 1995 ! I told them 
hundred times - they dont care !

Same with other stuff here in europe

SECOND: solution ? Get a proper data feed !

.... and ofcourse Esignal cant be any better on FOREX either....
