You made a mistake sending out the pricing letter.  *You* made that mistake 
- no one else.  Do not blame others for *your* mistake.    Did I mention 
that it was YOUR mistake?  I meant to say that YOU were the one who made 
the mistake.  Whose mistake?  YOUR mistake.

As I recall, Trudi, this isn't the first time you've shown your colors on 
this list.  Why, one might get the impression that you're not very customer 
friendly!  SO SCRAM!
