    I would like to withdraw our hasty response (CSI User Fees and
Cheatham's Allegations) written in a reactionary mood to an emotional
topic.  Mr. Cheapham is free to continue, resume or suspend service with
CSI as he wishes. We regret baring our emotions and reacting
inappropriately to policy complaints.
