ez language books...putt and tennis

there are only two, but these two are good ones...i got both and they helped 
me in my growth as a ezl coder.  that might come as a surprise to some long 
timers on the list re my battles with sam tennis. truth is, i don't like 
sam tennis personally for my own reasons, but the guy invented ezl and i 
wanted to read what he had to say.  hey, the best reviews are usually from 
hardasses like me and mark brown who don't let idealogy interfer with utility. 
i wish sam would contribute more on this list re ezl coding problems.

putt's book is geared only toward ts4, but sam's book includes snippets 
for ts2ki....i wish sam had written that pathetic "manual" joke included 
with ts2ki. my only complaint with sam is that i wish he had gone into more 
detail about arrays....maybe the chapter of an advanced book???
